Rates
High Season $175 per night plus tax. Tax 18%
(June 15 – Aug 31, Dec 15 – Jan 3)
Low Season $165 per night plus tax Outclean : $135 plus tax
(Jan 3 – June 15, Sept 1 – Dec 15)
At time of booking, we require 50% of payment plus the security deposit. Full payment is due 90 days in advance. All bookings are non-refundable within 60 months of stay. Prior to that time the initial payment is retained plus the security deposit. If you think your plans may change, we strongly advise obtaining travel insurance.
Security Deposit:
$500 refunded after departure within 14 days assuming no extraordinary cleaning or maintenance.
